Do What's Right in the Right Time.

Doing what’s right in the right time

“So we departed from Horeb, and went through all that great and terrible wilderness which you saw on the way to the mountains of the Amorites, as the Lord our God had commanded us. Then we came to Kadesh Barnea. And I said to you, ‘You have come to the mountains of the Amorites, which the Lord our God is giving us. Look, the Lord your God has set the land before you; go up and possess it, as the Lord God of your fathers has spoken to you; do not fear or be discouraged.’ Deuteronomy 1. 19-21

Dear assistant,
One big mistake many people make is to do what is right in the wrong time, because of that they never see their lives moving forward as they should. Of course, when it happens they quickly look for someone to blame. Usually, they turn against God, family member, pastor, assistants and against the whole world. But who should they blame?

There is time to pray and time to take action. Both work when we use them in the right time. Unfortunately most of those who say they believe in God and they are in the faith, they don’t know when they should pray and when they should act. The result of this is the time passes by and they conquer nothing.

Many Christians just believe that everything that they need to do to become victorious in life is to pray. They grew up hearing from their parents that everyday they should. I am not saying that we should not pray everyday, I myself pray every single day, but if I want to take possession of my victory, then I have to take action instead of just pray. Perhaps this has been the main reason in why you haven’t seen any difference in your life yet. You are praying for something that God has already given to you long time ago, but in your mind you think that God has to hear your prayers ten thousand times before He gives you what is yours.

See what’s written, ‘ Look, the Lord your God has set the land before you; go up and possess it, as the Lord God of your fathers has spoken to you; do not fear or be discouraged.’ Deuteronomy 1. 21

What should they do to possess the land? Just keep on praying or take action?
So you need to know what God is really requiring from you for you not to find yourself doing what is right in the wrong time. Probably, you should have already taken possession of many things that God has already given to you, but you keep insisting on praying.

Let’s do what is right in the right time and you will be successful in everything you do.

How careful have you been with your faith?
"Where do wars and fights come from among you? Do they not come from your desires for pleasure that war in your members? You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask. You ask and do not receive, because you ask amiss, that you may spend it on your pleasures. Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, 'The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously'? James 4:1-5

Dear assistant,
Why have I written and have sent this message to you? For the simple fact of keeping you alert in regard your faith. To build a life with God Almighty hasn't been easy because we have to struggle and sacrifice every single day. We do this by denying our own desires and by resisting temptations every second of our lives. If we want to keep on carrying inside us the full assurance of salvation, this is what we all should do daily.

But what has been bothering me is that some of you haven't kept the same fire of the beginning when you were raised as assistant. As time went by, many of you have lost the excitement and pleasure of being in the house of God taking part of what the Holy Spirit has done. You don't participate in things such as night vigils, assistant's meetings, special event, campaigns and many other activities that bless the people, but also will bless our life even more because we are serving Him.

Faith only works when it's put into action, it's like a car that you we have to keep on filling up the tank, otherwise, it won't move even though it can be a brand new and comfortable car.

Friends, let's keep on feeding our faith and growing up our relationship with the Holy Spirit by persevering on doing what we have vowed to do when we were raised as assistant.

"Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." James 4:7

The Holiness of the House of God

Dear friends,

It's very common to hear from many people annoying complains saying that they've been coming to church for such a long time, but yet they haven't seen any shadow nor sign of difference in their lives. Sometimes it causes us to wonder if the type of work we have done is  in accordance with the direction of the Holy Spirit or not. The work of our hands has to flourish and bring the results promised in the Bible.

But why haven't we seen many people being transformed as they should? Why is that even though we preach, seek the new birth, it seems that every word that comes out of our mouth is an empty word?

There's an explanation for these questions. Many people come to church, but they don't know that they are coming to the world most holy place, which is the House of God. A place where everyone is supposed to be holy as well, but this isn't what we have seen in majority of those who come to church, because there's no sanctification, respect, consideration, or reverence to the presence of God. Many people enter the church in the same way they enter into a supermarket, or a shopping mall, speaking in a loud voice, talking with someone else on the cellphone, chewing gum, some parents screaming at their children, and the list goes on and on and on.

Do we need more examples to understand why many come to church but yet they have remained as if they have never entered the House of God? I really don't think so.

We need to learn how to come to church and how to behave before the presence of The Lord. If we are not ready to hear, then the man of God can preach, and pray but in the end nothing will change. Therefore, whenever we enter the house of God we should be in spirit of prayer, in preparation to receive the word of God and be filled with the Holy Spirit.

This Saturday, July 19th, 2014, will be the most important day of the history of the Universal Church, because it'll be the day of the inauguration of the TEMPLE OF SOLOMON. Pastors and bishops from around the world will be gathering all together with Bishop Macedo on the biggest Altar of God on earth and it will be the closing of the 40 days of the Fast of Jesus. Without a doubt this will be the greatest opportunity for all those who haven't been born of God and baptized with the Holy Spirit to grab this moment to be transformed once and for all. However, if you come to church this Saturday think that this will be just one more meeting, or just one more prayer that you are being invited to, then I can guarantee you that your life will remain the same.

When you come to church this Saturday, before entering the House of God make sure you turn off your cell phone, avoid useless conversation, try your best to sit close to the Altar, arrive at least 15 minutes before the meeting begins for you to say your prayer and read your Bible in preparation to hear the voice of God.

The same Glory that will fill up the Temple of Solomon in Brazil, will also fill up your soul, and therefore your life will be no longer the same. Think about that!

"Walk prudently when you go to the house of God; and draw near to hear rather than to give the sacrifice of fools, for they do not know that they do evil." Ecclesiastes 5:1

Faith and Sacrifice

Faith in the word of God alone without practice brings no benefits. That’s the reason why many Christians live a defeated life. They have faith but live as if they do not.

The faith they practice is just in regards to eternal life, but not towards the promises God has  for an abundant life. This is because they fail to realize, God did not limit His promises only to the afterlife. The Lord Jesus in His word said:

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly”. (John 10:10)
Who is the thief? The devil.
Where did he come to? The world.
Where did the Lord Jesus come to? The world.
What did He come to do ? He came to bring life more abundantly!

This verse shows God’s Holy Will for those who believe in Him, but why are there people who believe in Him and yet do not see results? Simply because their belief has only been theoretical and not practical. Sacrifice is what characterizes a practical faith.

The Lord God said "Bring all the tithes into the storehouse…And try Me now in this, Says the Lord of hosts,
'If I will not open for you the windows of heaven
And pour out for you such blessing
That there will not be room enough to receive it.'" (Mal 3:10) What does this mean?
In these verses God Himself invites us to try His word and see if it will work or not, but first the person needs to try himself to see if he believes in what is written or not, to sacrifice the 10% of everything he receives.

The Christian faith needs to be practiced or exercised in order for it to produce fruits. This practice is sacrifice. The sacrifices the priests made in biblical times where done daily and it characterized the practice of a living faith in the living God.

In today's time, obedience to the word of God should be the same, in order for faith to produce its benefits a person has to sacrifice.
What sacrifice is required? The surrendering of your will to do the will of God.

Anyone willing to obey the word of God must be prepared to sacrifice his or her own self. Either  the person does the will of God or the person does his or her own will, but the two does not walk together. He will be saved if he dies to this world, is born again and lives only to please the Lord. In this case his will is to do the will of God
