Give And You Shall Receive

And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and signs among the people. Then there arose some from what is called the Synagogue of the Freedmen (Cyrenians, Alexandrians, and those from Cilicia and Asia), disputing with Stephen. And they were not able to resist the wisdom and the Spirit by which he spoke. Acts 6:8-10

Everyone who is born of God carries the same character, vision and strength inside of him. He thinks big like God does and never accept to lose or give up on what he/she is doing. Many in the past though they faced persecution and various tribulation because of the Name of Jesus and His word but they never thought to stop doing what pleased God because they all carried the same desire in their hearts. They all had just one goal which was to lead people into the Kingdom of God. This should be the vision of every person who claims himself Christian or a child of God. He who is saved wants to save others. If I am born of God then inside of me there must be a strong desire of leading others into the same birth. Dear friends, when we are happy we want to make others happy as well, don't you agree? Whenever something good happens to us we want to share it with friends, family and those we like. Therefore, if you have been born of God and have received the Holy Spirit, you can't keep it only for yourself, you should lead others into the same blessing. This is how we can grow the Kingdom of God in this world. As children of the Almighty we cannot be selfish.

Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be put into your bosom. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you.” Luke6:38
God is counting on all those who have been born of Him to spread The good news and save souls, but if you haven't conquered your salvation yet how then can you save others? The first step is to have the assurance of your salvation, once there's no doubt about it then you are able to save those who are lost outside.

“The Lord will cause your enemies who rise against you to be defeated before your face; they shall come out against you one way and flee before you seven ways. “The Lord will command the blessing on you in your storehouses and in all to which you set your hand, and He will bless you in the land which the Lord your God is giving you. How Can God Count On Us?

"Moses was one hundred and twenty years old when he died. His eyes were not dim nor his natural vigor diminished. Now Joshua the son of Nun was full of the spirit of wisdom, for Moses had laid his hands on him; so the children of Israel heeded him, and did as the Lord had commanded Moses." Deuteronomy 34:7, 9
When God called Joshua to replace Moses and continue everything that Moses had begun in Egypt, He knew exactly what He was doing and why He had raised Joshua. It was for the important mission which he had to lead the people of Israel into the Promised Land. As He had promised to Abraham when He said, "Then the Lord said to him, 'This is the land of which I swore to give Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, saying, ‘I will give it to your descendants.’" Deuteronomy 34:4. Joshua knew what God wanted from him. He  was responsible with everything that God trusted in his hands. The whole congregation of Israel used to listen to him and respect him. No one dared to raise their voice and rebel against him because he always complied with his duties. He didn't need anybody to stand behind him saying, "you have to do this or that" because he was responsible and knew how to put himself in his own place. Joshua never complained saying, "why should do this? Why do I have to carry this people on my shoulder?" He was always ready to fight and to conquer more day after day. Joshua was obedient because he was a servant. For these and many other reasons God chose Joshua to accomplish His dream. “Moses My servant is dead. Now therefore, arise, go over this Jordan, you and all these people, to the land which I am giving to them—the children of Israel." Joshua 1:2
Dear friend, God is looking for another Joshua today for Him to keep on blessing His people. There are many of them perishing in the desert of this world. It's been hard for Him to find another Joshua because most of those who claim themselves as servants of God are more concerned about serving themselves. Which benefit they are going to reap. They are proud, arrogant, disrespectful, gossipers, ready to do their personal will than God's will, lovers of money, and disobedient. How can God count on someone like this? Impossible! That's why it's been hard to see today the wonders that we have found in the Bible.

To carry a title in the church doesn't mean anything, unless we are ready to listen and obey His commandment. Do what pleases Him without worrying about our own life. As long as we are serving Him whatever we need He will provide. "If anyone serves Me, let him follow Me; and where I am, there My servant will be also. If anyone serves Me, him My Father will honor." John 12:26
Do you really trust and believe that He is going to provide what you need? So, obey Him.

Greedy Heart

    Where Is Your Heart?
"Then, six days before the Passover, Jesus came to Bethany, where Lazarus was who had been dead, whom He had raised from the dead. There they made Him a supper; and Martha served, but Lazarus was one of those who sat at the table with Him. Then Mary took a pound of very costly oil of spikenard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped His feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the oil." John 12:1-3
For a long time Mary has kept that very costly oil at home and I truly believe that she had done that for a very special occasion too. Without a doubt that moment was more than special because she had The Lord Jesus at her house and besides Him she also had her brother Lazarus who was dead for four days and was brought back to life. Oh, what a day! We can imagine how joyful the whole family was by being together with The Lord Jesus. This is the joy we all have today when we are in the church seeking for His presence and serving Him because we were all spiritually dead and were resurrected. Today we are not in the tomb anymore but totally free.
Mary, by the way, decided to anoint Him with a very special fragrance and she did that with pleasure. It was her personal decision, she did that by her faith. Nobody knew that she had that special and costly oil at home and I do believe that she had been keeping it for that very specific moment. When the opportunity came she didn't hesitate in offering it to The Lord Jesus.
Everyone has something special to offer, to sacrifice to God. Either big or small, but we all can present something to please Him. Mary could have sold that perfume as Judas had suggested, and there's no doubt that she could have made some money, but could that money make her happy for the rest of her life? Definitely not. Because there are many rich people who are fully depressed, some have already killed themselves proving that their money never made them happy. But if they were filled with the presence of God, I'm quite sure that they wouldn't be depressed nor would they have killed themselves.
Dear friends, I honestly believe that you have already understood where I want to reach. You know very clearly what God really wants from you and what He wants no one knows that you have, but He does. God never ask from us what we are not able to give. Martha and Lazarus didn't know about that costly oil that Mary sacrificed to Him, but He knew that she had it at home. See that this is something that happened more than two thousand years ago, but till this day we have been talking about it. Do you know why? Because God doesn't forget those who sacrifice on the Altar. No matter how long it takes, He will always remember you. On the other hand, Judas became furious with that because his heart was very greedy and fully possessed, he didn't accept when Mary sacrificed that oil. There are many people who don't want you to sacrifice either, just because they are selfish and their heart is not in The Lord Jesus, but in the perishable things of this world. "But one of His disciples, Judas Iscariot, Simon’s son, who would betray Him, said, 'Why was this fragrant oil not sold for three hundred denarii and given to the poor?'” John 12:4, 5
One day The Lord Jesus said to His disciples; "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also." Luke 12:34

Living In Obedience

Hello Assistants,
"Israel served the Lord all the days of Joshua, and all the days of the elders who outlived Joshua, who had known all the works of the Lord which He had done for Israel." Joshua 24:31
When we live in obedience to the word of God, we have the certainty that wherever we go and whatever we set our hands upon we will be more than victorious. That is exactly what happened to Joshua and the Israelites who lived under his authority. Joshua never hesitated in doing what God had told him to do though everything he did required sacrifices from him, but he did everything wholeheartedly and for this reason God didn't deny to bless him in whatever he needed.
One of the reason why God hasn't answered most of the prayer that many people pray is because they refuse to obey what God has required from them. Everyone wants to receive, but when they are called to give they don't want to do it. They Come up with several excuses, they create a lot of obstacles. God always acts with us according to the way in which with deal with Him. Everything that He wants from us is to obey His word and many times for us to do it we have to go against our own will.

Will you Win or Lose?
To live by the supernatural faith means to live in obedience to the word of God. By following all His instructions, and for those who fully obey what it's written, there's no impossible case nor any type of obstacles in which they cannot overcome. The word of God is the mind of God, can we fail if we do what He tells us to do? No way! Unless God fails and we know it'll never happen. Now we understand why Joshua was successful in everything he did, every battle he fought. He never considered any enemy as too hard for him to defeat because he knew that the God who promised to give him the Promised Land was with him and he never had any doubts about it. Unfortunately, many who have claimed themselves as children of God and that God is with them all the time, they have fled from the battle and have been put into shame by their own problems. Why? Because of their lack of obedience towards God. They are those who only do what pleases them, they do what's convenient and comfortable before their eyes, they  don't want to pay the price for what they need, they want to conquer without making sacrifice. This has been the pure reality of those who have failed in their battles.
The supernatural faith doesn't allow us to focus on what is around us nor on what people say whether is good or bad. If you obey what God has told you to do and and have the full assurance that He is with you, then there'll be no room in your mind for satan to plant his seed of doubts and fear.  You will be possessed by faith and by the power of God and this will be more than enough for you to breakdown any wall that you have in life. You can speak directly to your problems and command them to get out of your life and they will have to leave you. As God said to Joshua, "No man shall be able to stand before you all the days of your life; as I was with Moses, so I will be with you. I will not leave you nor forsake you." Joshua 1:5
Please, don't waste your time any more with those who are not living in the same faith like you. Those who refuse to obey the voice of God, like the generation who left Egypt with Moses and perished in the wilderness because of their stubbornnesses and disobedience. Faith is individual, you don't need anybody for you to put yours into action.
Dear friend, it's time to wash this shame away from your face and this is possible when we obey and sacrifice.
The sun and the moon obeyed Joshua by standing still until he destroyed all his enemies. Mo one could say anything against him because they all saw God in his life. Who do you want people to see in your life? God? Or the shame of being defeated?
"And all the people returned to the camp, to Joshua at Makkedah, in peace. No one moved his tongue against any of the children of Israel." Joshua 10:21
In a war one wins and the other loses. What are you going to do?

No More Shame

Hello everyone,
Do you really know how much God wants to honor you and exalt you? Probably not! When He called Joshua after the death of His servant Moses, and gave him all the instructions of what he had to do to enter and possess the promised land, which would consequently put an end in all the suffering and shame the Israelites had been carrying for forty years. Joshua quickly obeyed Him and without hesitating he put every direction into practicing by doing exactly as God told him to do. He fully obeyed God. Whatever God asked from him he gave. "But all the silver and gold, and vessels of bronze and iron, are consecrated to the Lord; they shall come into the treasury of the Lord.” Joshua 6:19
When we give to God what He asks from us we show to Him that we don't depend on what we are giving but we depend on Him. This is everything He needs from us. God doesn't divide His authority and glory with anybody. This has been the biggest mistake many people have made, they want God to remove the shame away from their lives, but they don't want to depend on God alone. They lean on many other things and this has prevented God from manifesting His power in their lives.
After sacrificing all the gold, silver and bronze as God had asked from him, Joshua was covered with God's authority to fight and overcome all his enemies. Not one of them could resist him all the days of his life, there was no more shame, no more poverty nor misery among the people of Israel. All the nations that turned against him were defeated before his eyes. Joshua was fully respected and feared by everyone to the point of seeing other kings bowing down before him. "And the men of Gibeon sent to Joshua at the camp at Gilgal, saying, 'Do not forsake your servants; come up to us quickly, save us and help us, for all the kings of the Amorites who dwell in the mountains have gathered together against us.'” Joshua 10:6
Dear reader, do not accept to keep being put to shame by your enemies (problems), when God wants to exalt you and honor you. You have to depend on Him only, that's why He requires our sacrifice. When you depend on what you have or keep depending on others to solve your problems, God won't interfere in your situation and your enemies will prevail against you all the days of your life. What has been holding you back? Fear, doubts, weakness, worries with what others would say against you? If you do believe that God is with you, then there's no reason to behave like this. No one else can take this shame away from you and exalt you, but God alone. Make yourself dependable on Him through your sacrifice.
No more shame, enough is enough.
