Grand Opening:Chicago

When God is in control

When everyone says that it won’t work

"For they all were trying to make us afraid, saying, 'Their hands will be weakened in the work, and it will not be done.'
Now therefore, O God, strengthen my hands." Nehemiah 6.9

When you start to do something great immediately the prophets of defeat will come. They will give you their opinions even when you do not ask for it. This is without mentioning the situations that rises up against you, to bring you fear in order to making you give up. Then, you begin to feel pressured. There are voices that is saying you are not going to get it, you are not going to stand it, these voices increase tremendously. Normally you would give up. You would doubt and fear.

However, there is a certainty burning inside of you. The certainty that God is in control. He strengthens your hands and you know that you are going to make it. There is nothing that is impossible. There is no obstacle that cannot be overcome. Your strength is renewed, and your hands grab the weapon even stronger, and now it is a matter of honor. It’s to win or to win. You know that if you obey and go forward, then soon the prophets of defeat will have to shut their mouth. They will have to admit that you conquered. You conquered because God was by your side.

Knowing about that, you should not allow the words of defeat to enter your heart. Don’t give ears to them. The attempting of scaring you just proves how much despair the enemy is in. It’s the propaganda of your victory. No one kicks a dead dog. God strengthens your hands and you go against them. Moving forward, without fear. The work will be complete whether they it want or not. It is a matter of honor. It is to win or win.

And you win. This is the unavoidable result of faith
Kind regards,

A second chance

"He who believes and is baptized will be saved; but he who does not believe will be condemned." Mark 16.16
Last Sunday, August 23rd, I had the great privilege of baptizing in water these two people, both Americans. Actually, they are the first two members of the Universal Church in Chicago Illinois. I clearly remember how they first came to the Church, their lives were upside down, totally destroyed by different types of problems. But, little by little they were learning how to use the power that they had within, called faith. And, in 5 weeks coming to the Church they could find a new life. Very soon you will watch their stories, here in my blog and you will see how a person can change through the manifestation of faith in the Word of God.
The Universal Church is located at 345 West 95th Street, Chicago Illinois. Tel: (1) 872 702 4915
If you have friends or relatives who live or work in Chicago, you can let them know about us and without a doubt, God will bless them.

Discipline in the Kingdom of God

disciplina1
The Kingdom of God is made up of perfect discipline. The Church, like the Body of the Lord Jesus Christ, He being the Head, is formed by those who are born of the Spirit of God. This body has harmony because it works perfectly. There is discipline because each one of its members has a defined order. Each one is extremely important, occupying its rightful place, working in harmony, in full agreement with the Head. It is the Kingdom of God.
The true Spiritual Church, not the institutions, works similar to the human body. When food is put into the mouth, the teeth work by chewing, enzymes are produced in the stomach, preparing it to receive the food. After having done its job during the digestive process, the bolus is taken to the intestine where the body retains what it needs by moving it into the blood, and expels what it does not need. Everything works with great perfection.
However, when someone eats something that is spoiled or unhealthy, he will probably get a headache and want to throw up. This happens when the body rejects the food because it is foreign to it.
The same happens with the Church of Jesus. It also has discipline. When someone from the church institution is not living within this harmony, they compromise the well-being of the body. Especially when there is a rebellion within them, a bad feeling, like anger or resentment, due to an alleged injustice. Sooner or later, he will be expelled by the body. When this discipline is broken, the entire body suffers. For this reason, harmonious discipline within the church is of fundamental importance to us.
When we speak of the Church of the Lord Jesus we are referring to the Body of Jesus. The Body of the Lord is disciplined and works in harmony. When one organ says amen, all the organs agree as well. There is no division, they are all important because they are part of the Body.
Each one occupies a space in this Body. And if there is an element that is harmful to this harmony, causing disorder, it is labeled a divider, which brings bitterness and can spread to others. In order to restore the harmony it has to be expelled because it’s a foreign body. It cannot remain; otherwise it will harm the entire body. The Head, who is the Lord Jesus, also feels when there is a bad element within Him, in His Body.
The same goes for the Church. There can be no consideration for a foreign body that compromises the Body of Christ. Can we take into consideration a harmful element because he has a family, has been in the Church for many years, etc.? Our obligation is to expel this evil and report it to our superiors so that the appropriate action may be taken. Is this unjust?

Conscience

The conscience is the voice of God inside of a person. When a person loses this sensibility it means that his or her mind has been hardened, and this person is not able to see it as sin. Notice that there are people who sin, but for them they do not see it as problem at all.

When someone who is born of God makes a mistake, not a sin, this person feels very bad because his or her conscience is not hardened. For this reason this person is touched by God and  immediately repents and walks away from that mistake.

All those who are born of God are always alert with everything related to mistakes, errors, and even sin because they are conscious of what is right and what is wrong.

Imagine how many words have been preached and sown in the Work of God. It has to have been more than enough for no one to fall into temptation anymore, but why are many of them still falling into sin? It is because their conscience has been hardened.

When we make the assistants’ meeting, we should apply all our strength in the Word that we preach to them. We have to put in our minds that this meeting can be the last opportunity that God is giving to that assistant to see his or her sin and repent.

When the assistant receives the message in the meeting and the pastor invites him or her to come before the Altar in order for this assistant to clean his or herself from mistakes he or she have made. Many of them feel ashamed and remain in their seats because they are afraid of what others will say about them. This is why it’s important to tell them that they should never miss the opportunity that God is giving to them regardless of any circumstances.

Four steps to overcome anxiety

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.  Philippians 4.6

1 – Do not be anxious for anything, not even to receive the Holy Spirit!

2 – Present your petitions to God, either  through prayers or through supplications

3 – Wait and believe without charging the answer from yourself or from God.

4 – Once you give these three steps, you must keep yourself in a state of joy as someone who has already received the answer.

If you do your part, The Lord Jesus will do His.

If He does not do His part now, He will do it very soon.

If He does not do it soon, He will do it later.

If it is not today, He will do it tomorrow

If He does not do it tomorrow, He will do it day after tomorrow

Keep yourself in this spirit of waiting trustfully.

Meanwhile, the anxieties, preoccupation and fear will disappear.

You have no idea of how fast your dreams will come true!

Do you love me?

Do you love me ?
Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, “Lord, I will follow You wherever You go.” And Jesus said to him, “Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head.” Luke 9:57-58

Jesus not only spoke but also showed to the disciples the difficulties and the hard times that they had to go through for serving Him. Those who want to serve Jesus have to have open arms for everything in order to do the will of God. They have to shed from themselves like many servants of God that preach for this world outside . Because whoever desires to do the work of God has to be willing to pay the price which is the "resignation "

The one who sacrificed his life, his own will in this world to please God, will be rewarded in heaven. Jesus said to the disciples, that they had left everything for his sake, would have a hundredfold in this world and eternal life to come. We must always ask: What would Jesus do if he were in my place? In this way we can through the Holy Spirit know if we are doing God's will or our own will.

"Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead; and you go and proclaim the kingdom of God. And another said: I will follow you, Lord; but let me first say farewell to those at my house. And Jesus said to him, No man, having put his hand to the plow and looks back is fit for the kingdom of God"               (Luke 9: 60-62)..

If we do something for someone, we should do it while they are alive, because the most urgent things in this life is to announce the kingdom of God, and this mission must be about anything else that we have to do in this life. It is for this reason still we remain in this world, so that everyone gets the chance of salvation.

"When they had dined, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of John, do you love me more than these? He replied: Yes, Lord, you know I love you. He said to him, Feed my sheep.
He said to him the second time, Simon, son of John, do you love me? Peter answered: Yea, Lord; You know that I love you. He said, Feed my sheep.
He told the third time, Simon, son of John, do you love me? Peter was hurt because Jesus asked him the third time, Do you love me? And he said: Lord, you know everything; You know that I love you. Jesus said to him, Feed my sheep "(John 21: 15-17)..

The Lord Jesus is among the meek, the meek of spirit, the desperate, sick, drugged, finally, among those who are considered nothing for this world.

Note that each time Peter said, I love you, Jesus had a job, feed my sheep. The most worship we can offer to God is when we save one soul to Him. Because there is nothing more precious to God than souls, so we can not prove our love for Him just in words only attitudes in regarding souls. And only those who love Jesus, love gets souls, and those who loves souls certainly loves Jesus
