Doing the Work of God

“Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it." John 14:12-14
> Hello Assistants,
> Let's understand what The Lord Jesus is saying, actually what He is guaranteeing when He said, "most assuredly." All of us know very well what He did during the period in which He was on earth, He healed the sick, cast out demons, raised the dead, gave sight to the blind, preached about salvation and taught about the Kingdom of Heaven, He is saying that the one who believes in Him will do the works that He did. Well, have we done this? Have you manifested the authority that you have to help those who are suffering? Are you healing the sick? This is what He expects from each one of us that's why He gave us the Holy Spirit for us to give continuation to what He had started many years ago.The problem of many assistants is that they are always getting involved with things and with people who have nothing to do with God. Some types of conversation that they develop just destroys their communion with the Holy Spirit, there's no more consecration, no more reading the bible, how can they manifest their authority?
> You have to be careful with everything and everyone who approaches you sometimes they seem to be holy, they come to you even using the word of God but their intention is to take you away from the battle field. If they are not in the faith fighting against satan to set people free, if they are disobedient always gossiping and talking bad about others you should just leave them alone . Perhaps that's the reason why you are not doing the works the Lord Jesus did , because the person you always go out with or talk to is not in the same faith, her spirit is contrary to the one that is in the church.
> Dear assistants, the reason why God has baptized you in the Holy Spirit was not for you to boast yourself thinking that you are better than the others. No! A thousand times no! But, it was for you to go ahead and take people out of hell and lead them into the kingdom of Heaven. If this is not what you have done then it is time to stop and re-evaluate yourself to see if you are really in the faith as many say when they are asked 'how they are doing? They answer saying "I'm in faith." Are they truly in faith? To be in faith is to be in a permanent fight against hell, to save souls. This is the work the Lord Jesus did and has anointed us to do the same.
> Think about it and go ahead.

Just One Attitude Can Change All

"Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes. And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with chains, because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him. And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones. When he saw Jesus from afar, he ran and worshiped Him." (Mark 5:1-6 NKJV)
Hello assistants, we can see in these verses that this demon possessed man didn't miss the opportunity to change his life. He was a man who had a legion of demons in his body, reading about where he used to sleep and how violent he was we can imagine how terrible demons were to him. However, what drew my attention was the fact that right after he saw The Lord Jesus he didn't think twice, he immediately ran to Him, why? Because I do believe that he saw in that moment the best opportunity for him to get out of that miserable life.Though there was a legion of evil spirits possessing him they couldn't hold him.  Finally he got delivered and became a new person. It's clear that when a person really want to change he/she just needs to take one attitude against what is wrong in his/her life, this is very personal. If there's something you need to change in your life, don't depend on anybody to do it, you must go ahead by yourself and do what you have to do. Not  worrying about what others will say.
There was a man in the bible called Judas whose story you know very well. He was a man who used to walk side by side with Jesus, he used to sit and eat with Him and other disciples. He even used to take care of the offering, nevertheless there was a deceiving spirit in his life. He knew that very well he could have humbled himself before The Lord Jesus and begged Him for his deliverance but he didn't. He rather keep that evil inside of him though he had Jesus with him everyday. Do you know what happened to him? He killed himself, though he had the best chance to change his life. He just needed to take one attitude for it.
Dear friend, if there's something in your life that you need to change you must go ahead and do it without delay. Do like the Gadarene when he saw Jesus he ran to Him immediately and broke free from everything that was separating him from the abundant life. He wanted to serve The Lord Jesus with the best. Just one attitude is needed.

May the Holy Spirit strengthen us and have mercy on us.
Be blessed.

The model child

All who are baptized in the Holy Spirit, who are children and heirs of God, should be able to say that this verse applies to them:

“This is My Servant; I strengthen Him, this is My Chosen One; I delight in Him. I have put My Spirit on Him; He will bring justice to the nations.” (Isaiah 42:1 – Holman Christian Standard Bible)

This word came directly from God the Father’s mouth to His Son Jesus.

Jesus is My Servant…
Jesus is My Chosen One and I delight in Him…
Jesus has been filled with My Spirit…
Jesus will brings justice to the nations (the non-Jews)…

When people are not servants, have not been chosen by God, have not been filled with the Holy Spirit, and are not testimonies of the justice of God in this world, it is impossible for them to be children of God.

God’s model servant, who is chosen by God, delights God, has the Holy Spirit, and is a living testimony of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus leaves no doubt about who are, and who are not, of God.

I think you will agree, there can be no doubt.

Helping Hand

"Blessed is he who considers the poor; The Lord will deliver him in time of trouble. The Lord will preserve him and keep him alive, And he will be blessed on the earth; You will not deliver him to the will of his enemies. The Lord will strengthen him on his bed of illness; You will sustain him on his sickbed." Psalms 41:1-3
The verses you read prove how much God rewards those who help the poor, those who are suffering. This is everything God expects us to do, exactly what He would do if He were here. He gave us His authority to give continuation to what He started many years ago. Do your part and He will do His.
