Overcome by sleep
     Dear assistants,
What have you done with your faith? Which results have you conquered through the exercise and the manifestation of this Power of God inside you called faith? Has it really worked favorably in your life?
There are many who have claimed that they believe in God and always proclaiming saying, "God is with me, I am a child of God and etc,but the reality of their lives is totally different of what they say. They've been constantly overcome by their problems and weakness. Whenever something happens they quickly panic and lose direction without knowing what they really should do. It seems that God has suddenly abandoned them in the wilderness and they don't know where to turn. But there's an explanation for this type of reaction when something goes wrong. And the explanation is, lack of exercising the faith. Faith works like our physical body, everyday we need to do something just to keep yourself in good condition. This is going to prevent several types of sickness and diseases, I'm sure you know about that. Faith follows the same procedure, if we don't use it in our daily base then sooner or later we lose it. It doesn't mean you have to come to church every single day, morning, afternoon and evening but every day we can do something by using the faith such as, evangelize a friend or a co-worker. You can help in the church by making phone calls, or visiting someone you haven't seen coming to church for sometimes. You can fast and pray for the church and the pastors, etc. By doing this you will be able to keep the fire of your faith always burning and there'll be no gap for evil spirit to put you down nor weaken your faith.
Unfortunately there are many inside the church who have already been overcome by problems that they should have destroyed but they didn't. Why? Because though they are in the church but they are sleeping, not physically but in their spiritual life. They hear the word of God and say amen but don't practice. See the story of a man who fell down while Paul was preaching, "Now on the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul, ready to depart the next day, spoke to them and continued his message until midnight. There were many lamps in the upper room where they were gathered together. And in a window sat a certain young man named Eutychus, who was sinking into a deep sleep. He was overcome by sleep; and as Paul continued speaking, he fell down from the third story and was taken up dead." Acts 20:7-9
This doesn't happen with those who are exercising their faith by putting into practice what the word of God teaches.
Let's go against whatever evil that has come from hell. God is counting on us to make the difference in the life of all those who have come to church feeling hopeless and in terrible suffering. We know that the more we give the more we receive. If there's anything blocking you and preventing you from manifesting your faith, then you have to stand up and put this evil under your foot and send it back to hell.
What you cannot do is to be overcome by sleep.
Share this message with a friend and be blessed.
