We can easily observe that when coffee and milk are mixed together they lose their original taste and a new taste is formed.
The same is true in regards to secular and spiritual life.
When a man becomes one with a prostitute, he becomes one body with her. From that moment on, the two become one flesh. Even if he never sees her again, he will continue to carry her uncleanliness until he repents and converts.
If he sleeps with other prostitutes, his body will continue collecting part of each one of them and vice versa.
Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For “the two,” He says, “shall become one flesh.” I Corinthians 6.16
The same is true in regards to the Lord.
But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. I Corinthians 6.17
Is it possible to be one spirit with the LORD and share your body with another that has nothing to do with the LORD?
The Kingdom of God is characterized by justice, mercy and faith. Matthew 23.23
This means discipline.
Each woman should have her own husband and each man should have his own wife.
I Timothy 3.12, Titus 1.6
Extramarital relationships indicate spiritual disorder.
Spiritual disorder points to a separation from the Almighty God.
Being undisciplined in your spiritual life will result in a disorder in your secular life;
Disorder in your secular life is a sign of disorder in your spiritual life.
Those who insist on living according to the pleasures of the flesh will never have the privilege of being one with the Lord.
It is impossible for the profane to be one with God.
God has sealed His children to separate them from the sordid mess of this world.
The Valley of Decision serves to define who is who, and who is not one with the Lord.
